Lead architecture and development of end-to-end DevSecOps platform and SDKs/Agents.
Drive security governance across engineering, architecture, and business teams.
Design and implement RASP/runtime protection for JVM with agents.
Integrate SAST/DAST/IAST/SCA into CI/CD; use SonarQube.
Apply AI/LLMs and AI Agents to vulnerability analysis and automation.

🎯 Requirements

Strong CS and security fundamentals: OS, networking, JVM internals.
Expert Java: JVM internals, ClassLoader, Java Agent, ASM, ByteBuddy.
RASP/DAST/IAST/SCA and image security scanning experience.
CI/CD security integration; experience with SonarQube and Coverity.
Design and deliver security products, SDKs/Agents, and runtime protection.
AI + security initiatives; applying LLMs and AI Agents for tooling.
