Senior/Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer - TS/SCI Cleared

📋 Description

• Be on-site at a government customer site in a restricted environment.
• Broad engineering role; own a production system end-to-end.
• Build customer-specific features, data integrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with Arlington engineers and customer staff.
• Monitor and debug production systems; escalate with Arlington.
• Work with product teams to drive impactful engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong generalist programming in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience building backend services or full-stack features end to end.
• Experience debugging production systems with logs and traces.
• Linux CLI, Docker/Docker Compose, basic observability skills.
• On-site in Northern Virginia with travel to Arlington (~4 days/mo).
