Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Define and prioritize Fora’s Applied AI roadmap with PM/Designer.
• Design and build MCP tooling to expose data/services with guardrails.
• Build agent orchestration: tool calls, streaming, multi-step workflows.
• Improve reliability of non-deterministic AI with evals, tracing, logging.
• Focus on performance, latency, architecture, and clean code.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years backend and frontend development
• 3+ years experience with React / Vue.js / Angular.io
• 3+ years Python with Django / Flask
• Experience building stateful and event-driven web apps
• Strong API and distributed-systems design; relational DBs and ORMs
