Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer, Finance

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Design, and engineers to define advisor payments roadmap.
• Build full-stack features for advisors to view payment statuses and commissions.
• Backend services for payout routing, reconciliation, and financial data modeling.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to create data-rich money-movement experiences.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to delivery.
• Maintain high code quality, scalability, and reliability across frontend and backend.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of frontend web development.
• 3+ years with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• 3+ years backend web development (Python, Django or Flask).
• Experience building data-driven, event-based apps with financial data.
• Relational databases and ORMs, esp FinTech contexts.
