📋 Description

• Own end-to-end features on React frontend and Python backend.
• Lead projects spanning months with iterative delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a software engineer; at least 3 in senior/lead.
• Experience in a high-performing team operating at scale.
• Full-stack capable with deep backend knowledge; FE support ok.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS for AI-powered video delivery.
• Experience with billing systems, experimentation platforms, and real-time collaboration.
• Leadership of smaller teams is a plus.
