Senior Staff GTM Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, narrative, editorial rhythm, and delivery of core GTM communications channels in
• Translate company, product, market, channel, and GTM priorities into relevant communications
• Lead monthly global GTM all-hands, including agenda and narrative development, content curation
• Own the weekly GTM newsletter and short-form video update, synthesizing inputs, supporting message
• Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders—including Product Management, Product
• Lead the GTM communications and role-based breakout experience for Sales Kickoff, including session

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Go To Market (GTM) communications, executive communications, sales or
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives on high-impact presentations, talking points
• Experience leading communications and programming for large-scale GTM forums such as Sales Kickoff
• Strong understanding of Business-to-Business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) organizations
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including experience preparing and coaching senior
