Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy risk ML models (fraud, scams, account takeover)
• Own end-to-end production ML systems: features, training, serving, monitoring
• Collaborate with risk/product teams to operationalize models into controls
• Build LLM-based risk capabilities: agents, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation
• Ensure explainability and governance; maintain safety and audits

🎯 Requirements

• Significant ML engineering experience; production-ready systems
• Strong Python; PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, LightGBM, scikit-learn
• Strong ML fundamentals: supervised learning, anomaly detection, representation learning
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering; LLM tooling and safe production workflows
• Experience building AI agents for fraud/risk/compliance domains
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
