📋 Description

• Lead delivery of Ripple's payment solutions with customers and partners worldwide
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align requirements and customer needs
• Manage enterprise-scale customers and partners independently
• Drive design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle: training, meetings, testing, launch support
• Travel to customer/partner locations as needed (20-30%)

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT/software proven experience
• Delivery of software solutions for global organizations
• Enable real-world, global use cases with new technologies
• Strong understanding of network principles and financial networks
• Hands-on software development experience (production-grade code)
• Proactive, able to lead others and generate momentum
