Senior/Staff Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Champion a platform-as-a-product mindset; gather feedback to improve DX
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable GCP infrastructure
• Collaborate with developers to streamline local/CI/CD workflows
• Evolve observability with monitoring, logs, and alerts
• Implement secure-by-default networking, secrets, IAM, and workload isolation
• Advance IaC and GitOps for auditable infrastructure changes

🎯 Requirements

• IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu on a major cloud (ideally Google Cloud)
• 5+ years engineering experience at tech-centric/product-driven companies
• Strong software engineering foundation and developer-first mindset
• Hands-on containerization, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Improve developer experience via tooling, workflows, and docs
• Relational DB design, performance tuning, PostgreSQL
