Senior/Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own design for key product areas from discovery to shipped product.
• Translate customer, mission, and product needs into clear workflows.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to shape product direction and tradeoffs.
• Simplify complex technical workflows into usable interfaces.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise/technical products.
• Strong product judgment: identify problems, tradeoffs, and priorities.
• Excellent interaction design and systems-thinking skills.
• Strong visual design craft; move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort partnering with PMs and engineering.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence direction without authority.
