Senior/Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Define scalable, end-to-end user flows using strong information architecture, systems thinking
• Create simple, elegant, and thoughtful interfaces in Figma, while evolving existing visual systems
• Own UI/UX design across the product lifecycle, from early concepts and discovery through
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and government stakeholders to shape
• Identify creative approaches to reaching users when direct access is limited, incorporating user
• Plan, conduct, synthesize, and communicate generative and evaluative research to inform product

• Staff Product Designer salary range of $170,000–$203,000
