Senior / Staff Product Designer - Provider

📋 Description

• Own the provider product experience end to end, from framing to launch.
• Prototype and test quickly with Claude Code, Cursor, or AI tools.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built.
• Design workflows for credentialing, scheduling, docs, and billing.
• Run experiments with clear metrics; treat negative results as findings.
• Contribute to Helix design system and share AI prompts with team.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior: 5+ years of product design with strong craft and impact.
• Staff: 8+ years, with end-to-end 0→1 and at-scale work.
• Experience designing B2B/professional tools for experts who need efficiency.
• Fluent in experimentation; capable of multi-sprint arcs with metrics.
• Fluent with AI prototyping tools; AI is core to practice.
• Motivated by Headway’s mission to improve mental healthcare access.
