Senior Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Coach and develop product managers at every stage
• Set high bar for discovery, planning, execution, measurement
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
• Create clarity around priorities, tradeoffs, and investment decisions
• Build ownership, accountability, and autonomy across the product org
• Lead customer discovery with evidence-based product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience, including leading or managing PMs
• Strong coaching and PM talent development
• Excellent customer discovery and validation skills
• Strong product fundamentals across roadmap, prioritization, strategy, metrics
• Clear communication across functions, levels, and priorities
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments with enterprise customers
