Senior Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to develop proofs of concept and applications
• Conduct research and development on new applications of the ServiceNow platform
• Build relationships and manage end-to-end projects; engage with customers and partners
• Lead research initiatives into novel technologies and business trends
• Author and publish thought leadership papers, white papers, and technical collateral
• Architect and lead customer-facing and internal proofs of concept

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated experience creating and
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and working in a distributed team
• ServiceNow platform experience preferred
• Deep business and industry acumen
• Track record of original research, writing, or publishing
