🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space.
• Significant tenure as a Product Manager, including work at a Staff or Senior Staff level.
• A history of developing and expanding platform products — reusable primitives and APIs that other
• Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or another high-stakes regulatory domain, with
• Ability to operate independently across a wide collaborator matrix — Compliance, Legal
