(Senior / Staff) Product Manager - Accounting & Ledger (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Define and drive roadmap for ledger and accounting platform (COA, journals, close)
• Own the General Ledger Engine – multi-entity, multi-currency ledger
• Lead automated transaction ingestion and journal-entry workflows with DATEV/SaltEdge/Konfipay integrations
• Partner with engineering to design valuation logic and NAV data foundations
• Translate accounting and fund finance requirements into clear product logic and automation
• Collaborate with operations, CFOs, and fund controllers to optimise close workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or shipping a general ledger
• Deep knowledge of double-entry accounting, COA design, and financial close
• 7+ years product management in fintech, accounting, or financial data
• Proven ability to manage data-heavy, mission-critical product areas with strict accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with precision and traceability
