Senior Staff Product Manager, ServiceNow Cloud Platform

📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, security, legal, compliance
• Build alignment across diverse stakeholders and drive decisions in complex, highly matrixed
• Communicate priorities clearly and effectively to executive, technical, and customer-facing
• Evaluate customer requirements, regulatory trends, cloud industry developments, and hyperscaler
• Integrate customer feedback, business priorities, and technical constraints into clear product
• Develop executive-level recommendations and communicate complex tradeoffs across technical

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 12+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, enterprise software, infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing architectures and hyperscaler ecosystems, including AWS
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and operational considerations required to run
• Proven experience defining product strategy and roadmaps for complex technical platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering
