Senior/Staff Product Manager, Vault

📋 Description

• Define and own Vault product vision and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering to build scalable, secure systems.
• Understand customer needs and translate insights into improvements.
• Own enterprise integrations with iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience, 3+ years at Staff/Senior PM in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record scaling complex platform/infrastructure products.
• Strong technical acumen; engage with engineering on system design.
• Experience building secure, compliant data products.
• Excellent communication to influence engineers to executives.
• Experience with AI/ML, semantic search, or retrieval pipelines.
• Enterprise integrations experience (APIs, SSO/OAuth, SCIM, DMS).
