Senior / Staff Program Manager, Operations Cost Analytics

📋 Description

• Analyze fleet operations to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies using data.
• Lead cost control program: define strategy and roadmap to cut operating costs.
• Create detailed plans for cost reductions with cross-functional owners.
• Drive problem statements from analysis to resolution, ensuring cost impact.
• Identify gaps in cost visibility and build dashboards for self-serve visibility.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track cost performance and program progress.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in engineering/analytics or equivalent.
• 10+ years in PM, analytics, operations, finance, or consulting with proven cost improvements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; work with cost data to find root causes.
• Experience building tools/dashboards with DS/Engineering for cost visibility.
• Proven ability to run cross-functional programs end-to-end to measurable results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
