Manage quality issues; implement containment, RCA, and corrective actions.
Diagnose NVH issues from Rider QA; establish standard NVH inspection and tools.
Lead CI initiatives to improve production quality audits, EFR, and resolution.
Collaborate with SQ, Manufacturing, and Vehicle Development to resolve systemic issues.
Support PFMEA and Control Plan development for risk mitigation.
Communicate results clearly and drive issues to closure.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 8 years in manufacturing (auto/aviation/contract)
Shainin Red X and Six Sigma Black/Green Belt
Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills
Automotive OEM/Tier 1 experience; SAP/MES/JIRA data tools
ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
