📋 Description

• Lead technical improvements across the ECS Tech platform and domain.
• Ensure services comply with Experian standards and security policies.
• Be technical authority in architecture, refinement sessions, code reviews, and docs.
• Coach engineers to improve skills and technical capability.
• Partner with managers to identify knowledge gaps and growth plans.
• Guide adoption of technical metrics to identify risks and improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in software, data engineering, or SDET in enterprise environments.
• Experience driving architectural design and technical strategy across teams or domains.
• Background in secure software development and enterprise compliance standards.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS and Azure) and microservices.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering.
• Experience using technical metrics (DORA, reliability, quality) to drive improvements.
