🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; senior staff architect for enterprise-grade systems.
• Expert-level Java mastery; enterprise ecosystem knowledge and tuning.
• Automation mindset: CI/CD guardrails, dependency workflows, self-healing infra.
• Web Fundamentals: HTTP, TLS, and core web constraints.
• Strong communication and systems-thinking; cross-team alignment.
• Proactive AI security leadership experience.
