Senior Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver IAM capabilities across the Ping platform from infra to UI
• Define and evolve APIs, models, workflows, and services
• Research and deliver AI identity features and AI-first platform experiences
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering to refine features
• Participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support
• Use AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate research and prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• Design, build, test, and operate production services using Java, JavaScript, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
• Use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation
• Build distributed systems, platform capabilities, or internal dev platforms
• Design APIs, RESTful services, and data models
• Turn ambiguous ideas into technical direction and prototypes
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management
