Senior Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver IAM capabilities across Ping platform from infrastructure to UI.
• Contribute to API, model, workflow, orchestration surface, and service design and implementation.
• Research and prototype solutions in emerging areas, turning ideas into product features.
• Work closely with product management, UX, and engineering to refine features for usable, scalable outcomes.
• Participate in the development life cycle: design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate research, coding, prototyping, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Design, build, test, and operate production services using Java, JavaScript, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Use AI engineering tools to accelerate research, code understanding, prototyping, implementation, and documentation with sound judgment.
• Experience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data or domain models.
• Experience turning requirements and ambiguous problems into designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management.
