Senior Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms
• Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities; adopt new frameworks and practices
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery with modular design and code quality
• Advance Identity Governance features including certifications, lifecycle management, and SoD
• Collaborate with Support and customer teams to troubleshoot issues and improve reliability
• Monitor agent performance, usage, health, and security across platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years in Java application development
• Strong Java and OO design; experience with Gradle
• Experience with scalable, distributed applications; JVM tuning and performance optimization
• Concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization expertise
• Experience with debugging, logging, profiling tools; familiarity with patterns and testing
