Senior Staff Software Engineer, Access Review

📋 Description

• Own and drive the technical direction and architecture of the Access Review product area
• Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs supporting Access Review and related
• Drive architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices for complex Access Review
• Lead technically challenging and high-impact projects from requirements through deployment and
• Partner with Product Management, UX, security experts, and other engineering teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to backend software engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in backend software development with experience in IAM, security
• Strong proficiency in Golang or Java
• Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Demonstrated experience driving architecture for complex scalable backend systems
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, and security principles

• Base pay of $171,900 - $300,800 plus equity (when applicable)
