📋 Description

• Define technical vision and strategy for AI-native and cloud-native systems
• Lead development of core platforms and infrastructure for AI-native development
• Drive adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Mentor and develop senior engineers and engineering leaders
• Design and architect large, complex systems involving AI/ML components
• Communicate technical vision to executives and influence organizational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years software development with Bachelor's; or 8+ years with Master's; or 5+ years with PhD
• Hands-on experience with LLM/AI systems at scale, including prompt engineering and agent design
• 5+ years building and scaling systems with third-party AI/ML services across cloud providers
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/GlideScript, ServiceNow platform
• Deep expertise with cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code
• Expertise in evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and production AI/ML systems
