📋 Description

• Build and own the orchestration engine: a state machine managing long-running agent sessions
• Implement distributed session management with lease-based ownership using DynamoDB conditional
• Develop event-driven message pipelines using SQS FIFO queues, Kafka consumers, and real-time
• Utilize structured concurrency in Python asyncio TaskGroups for concurrent task management with
• Design and enhance observability infrastructure with OpenTelemetry instrumentation, distributed
• Build and maintain caching and state layers using Redis and DynamoDB KV stores with batch read

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years building production backend/infrastructure systems
• Deep experience in at least 3 of: distributed systems (consistency models, idempotency
• Concurrent/async programming (Python asyncio, Go goroutines, structured concurrency, cancellation
• Event-driven architectures (message queues, pub/sub, backpressure, delivery guarantees)
• Database systems for infrastructure (DynamoDB conditional writes/transactions, Redis connection
• Observability (OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, span context propagation, Prometheus metrics)
