Senior/Staff Software Engineer, AI Agent Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Build closed-loop measurement for agent workflows
• Develop unattended autoresearch for experiments
• Design isolation/permissioning for production agents
• Own tooling across engineering lifecycle and CI
• Work with leadership to shape the autonomy platform
• Collaborate to ensure trustworthy AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering (staff level preferred) or 4+ with Master
• Deep taste in LLM research and inference internals
• Backend/distributed systems at scale; Python proficient
• Experience with ML training/inference infra; SFT/RL/PP
• Experience with agent systems, tooling, sandboxing, memory
• Go, C++, or Rust alongside Python
