📋 Description

• Define and drive multi-quarter Blockchain Platform strategy (nodes, wallets, indexing, asset lifecycle).
• Architect core infra for high availability, low latency, cost efficiency, and security.
• Lead cross-team architectural initiatives (wallet stack, indexing, asset identifiers) with milestones.
• Set standards for correctness, security, and reliability across crypto asset ops.
• Improve engineering efficiency via testing, automation, observability; promote AI-native approaches.
• Use data and observability signals to identify gaps and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with high-throughput txn systems requiring auditability, idempotency, and precision.
• Familiarity with staking infra, bridging protocols, or tokenization.
• Experience applying AI or agent automation to reduce operational toil in infra.
• Background at a high-scale tech company with platform-wide impact.
