• 10+ years of software engineering; Senior Staff/Principal on consumer-facing mobile or web clients.
• Client Architecture: React/TypeScript with state management; iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin.
• Domain Expertise: solve client-side performance and rendering bottlenecks at scale; zero-latency editors and real-time state synchronization.
• Communication: strong written/spoken skills; influence technical direction at VP level without direct management.
