Senior Staff Software Engineer, Core Experiences

📋 Description

• Build and own architecture of core backend and frontend systems.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of high-impact components.
• Break monoliths into modular services; modernize backend/frontend.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices across Core Experiences.
• Enable AI adoption and build AI-powered agents for the SDLC.
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and observable from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering (backend & frontend).
• 5+ years leading complex cross-team initiatives.
• Hands-on experience breaking monoliths into services.
• Strong CI/CD, DevOps experience across engineering orgs.
• Hands-on AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code) and LL-powered agents.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS/Engineering; hybrid work; travel to US twice yearly.
