Senior Staff Software Engineer, Finance Automation

📋 Description

• Own AI agents that automate high-volume Finance workflows across 60+ entities
• Architect a governed agent platform with observability and human-in-the-loop controls for SOX
• Build integrations with core systems: NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan; design data pipelines
• Define compliant engineering patterns with traceability and segregation of duties
• Partner with FP&A and Treasury to translate complex workflows into engineered systems

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years backend software engineering with production systems at scale
• Proven track record deploying LLM-based apps in production with guardrails
• Multi-agent orchestration experience with state-managed workflows
• Financial systems literacy: ERP data flows, reconciliation, and SOX constraints
• Demonstrated solo or embedded engineer, setting technical direction autonomously
• Generative AI with human oversight delivering business-ready outputs and efficiency
