Senior Staff Software Engineer, Growth Onboarding

📋 Description

• Own the signup-to-activation flow end-to-end.
• Invent and prototype 0-to-1 onboarding experiences using AI.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data to frame problems and validate with customers.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies and simple forms where appropriate.
• Design modular onboarding to allow quick entry points.
• Raise engineering bar with direction, quality code, reviews, mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of software engineering experience shipping customer-facing products at scale.
• Product-minded engineer who starts from customer problem and metric.
• Move quickly and ship with high quality; measure and iterate.
• Experience applying AI/LLM capabilities to real product problems with judgment.
• Founder mindset: ownership, ambiguity tolerance, greenfield problems, bias toward action.
• Strong leadership and mentorship to raise the bar for teams.
