🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years backend software engineering, shipping at scale.
• Production-ready LLM apps: evaluation, grounding, guardrails, human-in-the-loop.
• Multi-agent orchestration experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with non-technical domain experts.
• Platform mindset: primitives, reusability, standards.
• Distributed systems fundamentals for end-to-end workflows.
• Relentless drive to achieve ambitious goals in greenfield environments.
• Experience using generative AI tools in daily workflows.
