Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Liquidity Platform

📋 Description

• Design, build, and run scalable, low-latency trading infra.
• Connect to exchanges/DeFi venues via FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, REST.
• Develop trading lifecycle services: strategy, pricing bots, orders, risk data.
• Architect high-throughput order execution with sub-ms latency.
• Implement pre-trade risk controls and automated alerting.
• Collaborate with liquidity managers and desk teams to production.

🎯 Requirements

• STEM foundation: Bachelor’s degree or above in CS/Engineering/Math/Physics.
• Typically 3–8 years in software or data engineering; trading exposure a plus.
• Proficiency in Java 17+, Rust, Python, or C++.
• High-performance, low-latency distributed systems and multi-threaded programming.
• Hands-on with FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, HTTP/2, and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL); Redis and Kafka.
