🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on software engineering with leadership at scale.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise designing and scaling backend systems, distributed platforms.
• Proven experience building and operating AI-driven or agentic systems in production.
• Strong programming with Java, Kotlin, GraphQL, Redis, NoSQL, and microservices.
• Experience defining technical strategy and influencing engineering direction across teams.
