📋 Description

• Define and drive the Content Platform's technical vision across teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and set engineering standards.
• Own CMS, no-code tools, rendering infra, and AI layer.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers; scale technical judgment.
• Partner with leadership to align strategy with business priorities.
• Represent Marketing Technology in company-wide technical forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on software engineering at scale.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Backend and distributed systems expertise.
• Experience architecting AI-driven systems in production.
• Java and/or Kotlin; LangGraph; GraphQL; relational/NoSQL; Redis; microservices.
• Strong cross-team leadership and communication.
