Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Mobile — Core (Messaging)

📋 Description

• Build a multi-platform unified IM SDK across platforms for performance and stability.
• Platformize the engine into a product-friendly platform for chat, payments, and VIP services.
• Build user-to-agent AI chat — real-time delivery and agent interaction.
• Own delivery end-to-end: real-time WebSocket and offline push across overseas and China channels.
• Push latency, reliability, and battery/memory under real production and weak networks.
• Build AI-native engineering practices: automated workflows and AI tooling for reliable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Native iOS and/or Android experience
• Cross-platform shared logic (Rust + UniFFI; KMP/Flutter/React Native)
• Fluent in Swift, Kotlin, Rust, Objective-C, Java, or JavaScript
• Architecture experience on large-scale mobile apps
• Deep in messaging stack: WebSocket, long-connection, offline push
• Strong mobile performance: memory, battery, concurrency, weak-network
• AI-driven engineering: AI pipelines, LLMs, agents
