📋 Description

• Drive application performance, quality, and responsiveness across core domain systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary development teams, engineering leaders, and architects to design
• Establish clear sub-system boundaries and make strategic recommendations regarding functionality
• Develop and maintain code quality standards, conduct code and architectural reviews, and coach
• Proactively identify and drive architectural enhancements and strategic refactorings to optimize

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems
• Deep experience with modern backend frameworks (i.e. Ruby on Rails, Django, Spring Boot)
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (i.e. JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, Node.js)
• Deep expertise with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS), containerization, and serverless/cloud-native
• Proven success applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles across multiple teams or domains
• Experience architecting and building event-driven systems using distributed messaging tools (i.e.
