Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Product Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own one or more of the platform's hard, coupled systems end to end: design, implementation
• Build durable orchestration for long-running workloads across thousands of tasks, with failure
• Develop versioned artifact storage with Git-style semantics (branch, diff, merge) over large binary
• Implement CI and validation pipelines where gates are expensive computed checks and changes are
• Create compute execution fabric for scheduling heterogeneous workloads (many on GPUs) across cloud
• Build an agent harness providing sandboxed, reproducible, observable execution for long-running

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating distributed systems in production (for Staff level, 10+ years and a
• Deep experience in at least one of: durable workflow engines, storage engines or content-addressed
• Production systems code in Go, Rust, or C++.
• Effective in Python.
• Experience with real scale, e.g., at a database, streaming, or orchestration company; multiplayer
• Carried a pager for stateful systems in production.
