Senior Staff Software Engineer - Secure Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Design the secure manufacturing station for provisioning (HW/SW/Network).
• Build provisioning toolchain: identity provisioning, firmware flashing, calibration, tests.
• Bridge device and cloud identity; enroll devices for OTA and deployment tracking.
• Own the end-of-line test specification; define pass/fail criteria for tests.
• Work with contract manufacturers; threat-model factory for security.
• Maintain chain of custody linking serials to identities and firmware.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in embedded systems or manufacturing; 3+ years in secure provisioning.
• PKI and device identity: X.509 lifecycles, mTLS, device attestation, AWS Private CA.
• AWS infrastructure: S3, IAM, ECS, KMS, CloudHSM, Secrets Manager.
• EOL test and calibration: define test specs, fixtures, QA gates with CM.
• Scripting and automation: Python or Bash for provisioning toolchains.
• Embedded Linux: NVIDIA Jetson Orin/Thor platforms.
