🎯 Requirements

Education: Master’s or PhD in CS/ML/Robotics or related field (PhD preferred).
Management: experience leading 10+ engineers or researchers.
Technical depth: hands-on with codebases, eval/data pipelines, model architectures.
ML Expertise: Foundation Models, post-training, fine-tuning, inference-time scaling (e.g., MCTS
Proficiency: Python, Numpy, PyTorch or JAX.
