🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience with at least 2 years deploying contemporary AI solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
• Proven track record building, shipping, and operating production voice applications with AI-native
• Direct experience authoring agentic instructions/prompts for voice and designing AI-driven
• Experience building evaluation/testing verifying voice behavior against live call traffic
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design, APIs, data
