📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate SIP trunking, signaling, and media integrations connecting customer
• Integrate with CCaaS and telephony platforms using SIP trunking, WebSocket/streaming media APIs
• Own call path reliability: design for call setup success, failover, and graceful degradation
• Deliver as a forward deployed engineer embedded in customer environments
• Feed voice AI agent layer with clean, well-formed, low-latency audio/signaling/event streams
• Design for security and compliance on the call path (SIP security, media encryption

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years production software experience, with several years focused on telephony, CTI, or real-time
• Demonstrated track record building, shipping, and operating production telephony or CCaaS
• Hands-on integration with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio) and
• Practical knowledge of SIP, RTP/SRTP, WebRTC, codecs, media gateways, and live audio
• Ability to design for failover/graceful degradation and instrument/monitor connectivity issues
• Working knowledge of hosted voice/agent ecosystem architecture
