Senior/Staff Software-Hardware Integration Technical Program Manager - Autonomy

📋 Description

• Work with SW and HW engineering leaders and their TPMs (Perception, Prediction & Behavioral ML
• Drive HW-SW integration programs end to end. This covers sensor bring-up (cameras, lidars, radars)
• Line up SW release trains and vehicle integration milestones, and manage the dependencies and
• Drive cross-functional Autonomy teams to build and ship solutions that improve driving behavior
• Find HW-SW integration and program risks early, and build plans to reduce them
• Build and deliver executive presentations on program status, issues, risks and accomplishments

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related field, or
• 10+ years of engineering program management experience
• A track record of driving HW-SW integration programs, ideally in autonomous vehicles, automotive
• Working knowledge of AV sensors (cameras, lidars, radars) and compute (GPUs, memory, embedded and
• Experience with AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, computer vision, large language models, reinforcement
• Deep familiarity with software development processes, plus understanding of HW development cycles
