🎯 Requirements

8+ years software engineering; backend focus; QA/SDET background; led QA initiative.
Java ecosystem (Spring, microservices) or other backend languages.
Hands-on system design; CI/CD and Kubernetes familiarity.
Practical AI engineering: AI agents (prompting, tool orchestration) for testing; familiarity with blockchain and AI infra.
Payments/fintech familiarity; money-handling correctness.
Strong cross-team influence and technical leadership; English communication.
