5+ years in a relevant technical field with 3+ years in autonomous vehicles/robotic systems.
Experience creating behavior requirements for SAE L2/L3/L4 systems or similar robotic systems.
Experience with simulation and real-world testing of autonomous systems.
Strong understanding of autonomy architecture (sensing, localization, perception, prediction
Hands-on software experience in Python or C++.
Collaborative, analytical, and effective communication skills.
