📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce CRM initiatives to scale a global business with cross-functional stakeholders
• Own design and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions (APIs, IPaaS, integrations).
• Mentor engineers and ensure architectural and coding excellence through reviews and governance.
• Drive high-visibility projects and data integration initiatives across the SFDC ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Salesforce expertise: 5+ years in development/architecture, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce
• Strong business acumen: billing, revenue recognition, order management; cost-aware tech decisions.
• Strategic vision with execution in complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Leadership with experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures.
• Enterprise system integration experience via APIs, middleware, IPaaS; GDPR/compliance familiarity.
• Agile and DevOps in Salesforce: CI/CD, Git, automated tests; comfortable with AI coding tools.
