• Own the technical substance of how we validate autonomy.
• Embed with Autonomy, Simulation, and Systems Engineering teams.
• Define scene Sets, fault injection, and ensure meaningful coverage.
• Scale simulation campaigns with proper fidelity and actionable results.
• Translate requirements into testable scenarios and validation evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in a Technical Program Manager role in autonomy, robotics, or related fields.
• Deep familiarity with scenario-based testing and coverage-driven validation.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals: traceability, V&V, and failure mode analysis.
• Able to engage technically with autonomy, simulation, and hardware engineers.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into structured, defensible conclusions.
